the question you are asking is not how "trustworthy" the question is how safe are block chains. [h=1][/h]

Bitcoin is the greatest thing ever created for online sports betting. I use Bitcoin ATM's all the time. I pay 6-7% in fees but I think it is worth it. I can go from having money in my pocket to having it in my bookmaker account in less than 5 minutes.

I love bitcoin for online sports betting. I actually have a pre-paid bitcoin debit card where i can withdraw my money at any ATM for $3.

To add a little to this. I cashed out last night at 11:00 PM from a site, and received my money in my bitcoin wallet 5 hours later. From there, I transfer to my bitcoin debit card (take 5-10 minutes), and then I can walk to any ATM and withdraw cash.

I think where most people get tripped up is finding a site as your bitcoin wallet. If you plan on just using the wallet as more of a transfer account, online wallets would be best. I personally use Coinbase. Has been great so far and you normally get incentives from the online sports betting sites if you deposit by bitcoin to offset the transaction fees. Works great.

What is the advantage of using a Bitcoin ATM over simply paying out via ******?

I would not use Coinbase. I used to use them but they are USA based and have even rejected some withdrawals from gambling sites. Blockchain is the best online wallet I've found for transfer purposes
