I see many posts by people trying to pick the winners in these meaningless bowl games. People use the same type of logic in picking these games as they do in the regular season. Here is what people forget. Do the players really care? Central Michigan is playing Western Kentucky in Nassau shortly. We are talking about two 7-5 teams playing a meaningless bowl game in the Bahamas in December. The biggest thing going for each of these teams is the fact that the weather is beautiful, as is everything else in the Bahamas. This is why it is foolish to try and pick a winner based on criteria used during the regular season. Just ask yourself this question: "If I am on a 7-5 team and I am playing in Nassau, or Honolulu, do I really give a caca about the game, or do I just want to enjoy the trip?" The correct answer will tell you to pass on games like this.
