Ohio State -8.5

BIG

I have been cold, but this one I really like. ND has been very, very fortunate to get here, played a weak regular season schedule, and now OSU has beaten better teams in the playoffs, too, (Tennessee, Oregon, Texas) so now the Sagarin SOS's are ND #44, OSU #20.

OSU will stop the ND runners, including Leonard, and the ND passing game is not a strong threat. Some key ND injuries will finally take their toll, there are too many NFL bound athletes on OSU for ND to handle. There is much more but I will leave it at that...

By the way, they want you to take the big points, wow, ND and 8.5.

Tenny is irrelevant as it hwas home and cold. Oregon they knew who and what they were playing because they played them. Oregon was undefeated but not an undefeated team. Texas they won by 14 but it was a one score game. If you don't have insane low level IQ coaching Texas ties the game and it is pretty much OT
Looking at their regular season schedule they lost to Oregon and Michigan. Who did they beat that was good and by more than a TD?
Ohio St can cover no doubt. But imo it only happens if they are +2 TO margin or better.
I think we get a good game similar to the NFL this week.

Maybe

Re ND: Indiana was a total joke-----for the Georgia QB it was his first start, ever, their OL was banged up bad, and ND got 17 somewhat unusual points in a flash------then Penn State, their somewhat highly regarded QB was just plain awful, and more.

I think Tenn-Oregon-Texas was significantly more challenging.

There is a lot more but I will stop here...

You are a very good, honest capper, and I always respect your point of view, but if we look at player talent, SOS, matchups, depth, coaching, injuries, etc, it should be a boring OSU blowout.
