LSU's Ed Orgeron took home 33 of 56 first place votes to out distance Baylor's
Matt Rhule who had 14 first place ballots for Coach of the Year honors. Order
of finish.

Orgeron deserves it, nice job of improving from last year. Rhule has done an excellent job too along with Fleck and McElwain at CMU. Who saw CMU playing for the MAC championship??!!!

Swinney, Day, and Riley had loaded rosters to begin with.

There were a LOT of people on this site that thought Coach Orgeron was dumbass clown with no coaching skills. Several Bama fans posted some insulting shit about him and laughed at LSU for hiring him. I hope those fuckers have a Merry Christmas sitting at home during the playoffs!

Big O deserved it with the performance of his team, I like the guy, too, but he has a lot of NFL beef on both sides of the ball, and finally LSU has an elite passing QB and a modern era offensive scheme.

Well done!

The man that did the most with less, did an amazing turnaround in a short period of time, is Rhule at Baylor.
