So Alex Smith is out. Chase Daniels is in. Is that really that big of a deal? Are people afraid that Chase Daniels won't throw a Touchdown pass to a WR? This will give the Chiefs the ability to do what they do best which is run the football. The Chargers rank DEAD LAST in rushing yards allowed per game on the road (151.57yrds avg).... Both teams need this game and the public is slamming Chargers (78%). Both teams have had a bad stretch in these past 5 weeks but I think the home team prevails.

The Charger run defense isn't good, but you don't think they'll put eight men in the box and dare Daniel and his pathetic receiving core to beat them? It doesn't take a particularly good defense to stop the run when you hardly have to defend the pass. Furthermore, Andy Reid is an IDIOT and we don't know how healthy Jamaal Charles is.

I honestly have no idea what Daniels can do when given all Man to Man 1v1 matchups on the WRs and TEs. Maybe he has a little arm on him and can throw down field or maybe he can do what Alex Smith does and just continue to check-down passes.

I'm w/you Yanks. Daniel is prob a better passer than Smith & he comp'd 70% @ SD last yr in this exact same spot (w/SD needing a win to go PO's). The line move confirms big players in Vegas are going w/the Chefs.
