Mr. Jones..I've tried using both sites and the Alt one listed as Bet Royal 2 is just as slow because the way it needs to be activated; and each category accessed. I was with Royal Sports years ago and rejoined Super Bowl Sunday to "test the waters" to see if i wanted to come back to Bet Royal and move money out of my Costa Rica Accts. Your Customer service is as excellent as I remeber. But your site needs to be updated as is very slow , especially at crunch time within a few minutes of tip-off ; especially on busy weekends and trying to access first half lines. I spoke to two of your acct mngs specifically about not posting first halfs on NCAA Games in many cases until and hour before tip-ff. This isn't normal or convenient.
I also had a major problem a week ago when I needed to place a wager through a handwritten ticket with your csd and three acct mngs couldn't get it right. It took a week till I got in touch with Mr. Drake and he corrected it immediately without any questions! Your Acct Mangers were very helpful and said they would follow through with you, but apparently never did.
I spoke to a wagering clerk by phone yesterday to place wagers due to the site lagging again. He told me the site is slow due to your recent move last week to Costa Rica. As previously stated, I joined here on 2-6-05 to get out of the shady Costa Rica Market. Why wasn't I told this when I rejoined? And if the wagering clerk was correct, then most of my problems were due to your move from Curacao and not site maintenance as I was told over and over by your csd. Why not be honest and tell it like it is, so your members can make informend choices and decisions.
One more thing. I've been chasing down trying to get my sports pager mailed to me as promised when I signed up. Was told that you sent out a mailing from here in the states 10 days ago, and that I should have already received it. Is the delay related to your move too?
I would like to refer many of my friends whom are unhappy with their current sportbooks. Just need to be assured that the "Royal Experience" and history of excellent customer service be fine tuned along with a more efficient site and commitment to honesty and integrity.
