I have just spoken with Ms. Rose. She and the Gaming Board need this information Emailed to them. This info must be included to help with the release of funds.

Please email lrose@mef.gob.pa

1. You must include your name.

2. You must include the date you opened your account at BetPanAm.

3. You must include your phone number with area code.

4. You must include your current balance.

5. You must include your account number.

Please stop playing with BetPanAm as that will make balance verification confusing.

Guys I cant stress how important it is to send this info at this time. They are moving on this. So if you have money owed send this info now.I know its taken a long time. But now is the time to respond. The message is getting through load and clear now. They will call you back. Thats why they need the phone number as well.Keep it up.

maybe if Betpanam could send an email to everyone in their database.

I can't think of a better way of letting all of betpanam's customers know where to go to get their money.

This is the gambling commission, not BetPanAm doing this. Scotty isn't there anymore but continues to help with the gaming commission getting the players paid.

If the Panamanian Govt does the right thing here, then one can only imagine the confidence players will have in the system there and the future of sportsbetting in Panama.

maybe if the gambling commission has enough power they could make panam contact all the players... of course since the website is still up I can only imagine how powerful this panamanian gaming commission is

BetPanAm is cooperating. But this is how a investigation is done. They will only use this info to cross reference accounts.This is the legal way to process complaints against the company.The gaming commission is doing the right thing now.They are moving to protect you the player. They are aware of the situation at hand and are working to correct it.

They should make you crooks pay the players interest on the monies you "held" from them. If the player was on credit and couldnt pay you know sure as hell their agents would be charging crazy vig. Should be a 2 way street.

they should replace their home page and post the following in it's place:

I don't think they ever reply to the emails, but they do get them and look at them. I think the general is right that if they come through for us it will greatly benefit the gambling business in panama.

If I owned a book I would go to panama.

think about it:

I put up $50,000 for a $500,000 bond.

If the book makes money I stay in town if not I take $500,000 in post up money and leave town.

if you deposited through neteller, you can see the date you transfered to betpanam

go to neteller website for the deposit date

i believe betpanams transaction history page doesnt go that far back

I see what's happening now General and Panam I apologize. You (Panam) are staying open, still taking in deposits and operating business as usual because you are waiting for the commission to cross check existing accounts so players can get paid. Great job! One question, do players stop playing there now so the commission has the correct amount when they check to avoid further delays?
