Betjm Withdrawl question

got a fed ex check from them on Tuesday put it in my bank and now the bank are asking me all kinds of questions where did I get the check from and so on they didnt cashed it yet anybody go though this or any help what I should do thanks

Ask them to show you their terms in writing how they can justify putting you under such scrutiny. When you get the check cashed, move to a new bank.

none of thier damn business....tell them they can find out where it came from after the check clears....or really throw em for a loop, tell em it's from the sale of 2 kilos of high grade american coke that you sent to columbia....

I have never had a problem depositing a check from them.

what bank are you dealing with? printed checks are hard to cash. betjm prints them with regular ink and are not exact aligned to the correct length on the checks, therefore it's hard to deposit because they don't have the metallic ink in them needed for the scanner to read them and it'll reject the check as bad. eventually it'll get credit into the account manually and it's going to take time.

it's rude for them to question the check. they do have the power to check the account number on betjm (bofa account) and see if they have available funds.

I'm doing a withdrawal for the first time on betjamaica. Why did they cancel my withdrawal and ask me to fax a copy of utility bill + id. When i signed up
i already did this. Is this normal?

Please call BetJamaiaca Customer Service and ask for either Shayla or Herman at 1-800-329-2909. Tell them wilheim from The Rx.com referred you and ask them if they would please explain why you have to send the documents you have been asked to send. I am sure they will be courteous and helpful and explain to you why you need to send the documents.

I am certain that BetJamaica wants to pay you as promptly as possible but have procedures that they must follow depending upon the kind of deposit you made and the type of withdrawal you are requesting.
