I have recenltly opened the BJ account.... their phone is constantly busy...do you guys know why??? They only have like 1 or 2 ppl working for them or something?

I've been w/ Them for Over 3 1/2 Years, and They are giving me The "Run Around" on The 16% Rebate on Losses.
They are saying that I'm not signed up to receive The Rebates, yet I have in The past.

You will never get through..Just like me at first..If you use Nextell or maybe it is Cingular..YOU WILL NEVER GET THROUGH!..

I can`t remember the # Shayla gave me..e-mail her at cust service and she will provide it for you...I think you can get through on the International # also..

I had the same problem for months..Always get a all circuits busy message

well..it's not that I get all circuits are busy msg...I know exactly what you are talking about since I had nextel and cingular before...but it's not that...it's just gives me busy signal like if lots of people are calling...

Deposit is really easy...just purchase card at walgreens or something...call them and make a deposit...it will go through right away.

The great thing about Western Union is that they wont ask you for pooh pooh...Problem with CCs are they want DL and CC authorization forms..Little bit more of a hassle..

So if you like to request withdrawal while sitting in your room in your underwear..Use Western Union..Call up later on..Get your control # and put on your pants and go to the corner to collect your $:hump:

Depending upon the time of day you should have no problem reaching a clerk at BetJamaica. Right now only a very small % of BetJamaica players call in their bets. However calling in the wee hours of the morning and you will get a busy signal.

Daily phone and email hours for banking/customer service are 8AM until Midnight Eastern and daily phone hours for wagering 9AM-Midnight Eastern daily. All other activity is done online 24/7.

They are solid as they come, but sometimes when you call customer service at 7:00 AM the line is busy for 10 minutes straight. No one said they aren't solid.

i have to call in certain bets and i get busy signals often so i try not to call in last minute so i dont get shut out but IMO they are still a top book i figured it was few phone clerks i get the same ladies all the time about 3 different ladies most of the time its the same person

ask for a direct number to one of them next time you get through
there usually really awesome.

only rule i dont like is that if you withdraw more than 50% of your account, you don't get a bonus on your next withdrawal
