In a situation like this where the odds match up with the rotation #, I'm inclined to let it slide. If he had used rotation 53 under with odds of +110 or 54 over with odds of -130, they would be considered mismatches and a bad line, therefore appropriate penalty would be accessed.

Sorry for the confusion guys. My mistake in cutting and pasting and I suffered the consequences as I should. I'll try to be more careful in the future.

I simply cut and paste the wrong rotation line. When you make real wagers, there is no cutting and pasting involved. Although I must admit I occassionly make errors just checking wrong boxes. Fortunately, I win about half the mistakes.
