Whats the rule on this situation where he has the right rotation # and odds however typed "under" instead of "over"?
In a situation like this where the odds match up with the rotation #, I'm inclined to let it slide. If he had used rotation 53 under with odds of +110 or 54 over with odds of -130, they would be considered mismatches and a bad line, therefore appropriate penalty would be accessed.
