about 5-6 months ago I deposited a small amount to them by PPATM (roughly $50).

now I asked a small ($70) NETeller withdrawal and...

they responded:
----K> We have a company policy that says that we will only refund to Neteller what has been deposited with them. In your account I show you
have not made a deposit thru Neteller, therefore I can not send any funds to your Neteller account.

If you would like to receive your funds I can send them thru Western Union (the fee depends on the amount you want) or a cashier's check thru
Federal Express (US$30 fee- 3 business days to receive
Please let me know how you would like this sent.

Yeah, I'm sure that most books feel that way whenever anyone puts in a w/d request for $70.

I hate Cris due to their blatant unjustified bonues confiscations, but I don't have much of a problem with this.

Put your $70 on a game & forget about it......

He has a right to want to withdraw any amount no matter how small you or anyone might think it is.

TT I agree with you its a small amount. BUT the player should be able to request anything and any amount of HIS money if its not tied up in the rollover bonus thing...

IMO thats a hassle that the player whould not have to go thru

Yeah, I know......

The jist of it is that it's not worth it to anyone to try to w/d $70. It's the nature of the current transfer mechanisms.

I knew that someone would scream about what I was saying, but I'd slap someone making a $70 payout. Hell, "back then" I'd tell everyone with under a 200 +/- to carry it over (and that was to save a trip to meet them 3 blocks away).

are you a book owner or CRIS affiliate?

to send $70 by NETeller would take them 30 seconds and I guess $2 fee...

well if it is problem for CRIS I can pick up such a hefty NETeller payout fee

Steel, I'm neither-and believe me, I'll piss all over Cris faster than anyone due to them STEALING already earned bonus points from players-and telling them tough shit after they do so.

Is that $2 fee what they charge the player, or what Neteller charges them? My point is that it's probably not worth the expense to anyone to move $70.

Betcris friggin sucks! They should at least have a snail mail option for the smaller players. Besides that, being the Betcris is in Costa Rica and most of the online gaming fraud seems to originate from CR, I would try another book after you either make another $30 or you zero out. Sportsbetting, and Placemybet are good.

Wow you are telling guys to not play at Cris and play at some place called Placemybet??
Isn't that like advising someone to sell their Lexus and buy a Cavalier? LOLOL
You might not like Cris but there is no sweat getting paid like lots of smaller places.

A significant problem with any offshore is the cost of funds to and from the book.

Think about this: It cost 30 for a 300 western union, and for the same 30 you can send a 50 dime wire.

A bank check costs 7 or 8 bucks, but the Fed Ex is about 25. If a check is mailed from offshore it can take up to 2 weeks to receive it, which again is no bargain, assuming it doesn't get lost in the mail, and people start yelling stiff, slow pay etc.

Seems to me that smaller post up guys have got to get a neteller account.

This is an industry problem, and not exclusive to CRIS.

I think that PlaceMyBet is one of the Starnet books run by Sportingbet (Internet Opportunity group).

I think it's a pretty stupid policy, because Neteller, e-gold, Moneybookers etc. are all so much cheaper for the merchants than most traditional means. But just out of curiosity, why not just withdraw to PPATM?

Thanks to all RX guys for support!

Cris sent today $70 by NETeller!

(though initially they told:
---
...Let me explain our "strange policy". We have an account with Neteller, and we have our clients make deposits in it.
It builds up as our customer make deposits and when we have withdrawals thru Neteller it comes out of the same account, in other words the same money our customers initially deposit. We can not allow transactions from people who have not even deposited using Neteller. It wouldn't be fair to
other current Neteller users if we ran out of funds in Neteller and we couldn't transfer there money back.
We like to keep things simple and fair, and our withdrawal policies are stated in our website as well. I'm sorry I can't return this to your Neteller account. I hope you understand what I'm trying to tell you.
---

but then responded:
---
...I had management review your account and they authorized me to send you $70 thru Neteller. Like I explained before, we do not allow this to be done but we'll make an exception...
---

Thanks to to some CRIS supervisor who has some brains to do such a small favor for a player.
IMO it's just poor customer service or they simply hate all small players.
