Best place to buy PVC in CR?

Good call on EPA I went there yesterday and they have everything I need except for the end caps for the PVC. I need the type that fit on the inside with the edges flush with the pipe, like the ones shown in the picture here:

Any idea what the first type may be designed for or labeled as?
