alot of over-rated coaches and managers come to mind in all major sports, but then there are a few great ones and a few lousy ones....IMO the great ones include Sparky Anderson and Vince Lombardi...the lousy ones include Gene Mauch, Marty Schottenhiemer, and Phil Garner....then there are guys in the middle that are loved and hated like Bill Parsells and Tom Landry, and Earl Weaver.....I'm sure that there are others....:discuss:
