Bengals +7 vs. Redskins

Seems to me that a LOT of people are on the Redskins this week. I think Bengals might actually be the play, and I want to see if anyone agrees with me.

Look at the Redskins schedule this year.

They are 7-6, having lost 4 of their last 5 and playing just terribly in every loss. Of all of the Redskins 7 wins, all were by 8 points or less. When the Redskins win, they usually play the other team close. Even mediocre teams like St. Louis and Seattle, the Redskins lost to and won by 3 points, respectively.

I know the Bengals haven't put up much points lately, but their last two defeats were against the red-hot Ravens and Colts.

I think it's safe to say that the way the Redskins have been playing lately, combined with the fact that they haven't had a blowout win all season, will mean a close game. So many people are betting on the Redskins, the line could even go to -7.5 or -8 by game time. I see the Redskins winning by less than a touchdown. The game is being played in Cincinnati.

Dont think I would put money on it but I think if you had to take someone take Cincy. Hard to lay seven with a team averaging ten points a game over the last five.

I like fading the Skins however I cant go with this offesively anemic Bengals club. When there are two teams I enjoy betting against match up, I usually steer clear

Bengals have scored 10, 3 and 3 in their last three games. how can you think that is going to get it done.

portis and zorn had a bit of a confrontation last weekend when he got benched in the 4th quarter might be motivation for him, however the skins are only averaging 10.6ppg in their last 5 games and 16.77ppg on offence on the season so to be a 7 point fav on the road seems fishy to me. The bengals on the other hand have the league’s fewest points scored and are averaging only 11.85ppg on the season and they are averaging 10ppg in their last 5. The bengales defense is giving up and average of 25.6ppg in their last 5 and 26.54 on the season. The skins defense allows only 18.9ppg on the season and 20.2ppg in their last 5. I think this has got under written all over it as possible the worst game on the board this week.

Foreskins will destroy the Bungles! They are in a "must win" mode and will NOT trip up vs. a really pathetic team playing out the season.

Portis will have a HUGE game, especially after all of the snafu that transpired earlier this week.

Washington -7 sounds like a very good play.

Skins were supposed to have defining game vs other teams as well but they only squeaked out wins- they beat Detroit by 8 and that was the most, if you play it-i would just tease the Skins down to a pick em

Be careful with this game. I'm not just saying this as a Skins' fan. But, my team has to win out to have a chance at the playoffs. I think they will cover this one by 10+.
