I've watched bishop as much as anyone the last year (new to hockey but now bolts season ticket holder) I really like Bishop. What I like most about him is how few "rebound" opportunities he gives opponents compared to the other goalies I've seen live. I think he has a strange body language though. he almost seems to mediate on breaks. On thing that annoys me about the team, or him is after a goal how quickly we give up a goal. He makes enough really good saves, but I think our defense is underrated. Obviously length tends to both shots on goal, feel like often teams try to make the perfect shot on him.
that stat is shocking, but idk if Id follow based on that. 1, regression to the mean... 2 the unique situation of Callahan/St Louis.. plus these teams just played last week and TB was electric... Seems like a good revenge spot for NYR...
I think Bolts are the best team in the East though... maybe biased... their young guys can even overshadow Stamkos... Only thing I feel like we struggle with is physical teams... My hockey knowledge isn't good enough talk about other teams, usually I have to see them live before I have an opinion. Just my 2 cents.
