To be a surprise good team? I haven't been able to set down and look hard at what all the teams have lost and picked up. Free Agency was real fast. But I've kind of had my eye on Tennessee and San Fran just because of the coaching changes and I thought they both should have been way better than they produced last year. I know Tennessee lost Babin, but I think they didn't lose too much and maybe picked up a pretty good Cover 2 linebacker in Ruud and I htink Hasselback gives them a chance to be good with a good run game. San Fran has been everybody's darkhorse for several years now. Although, I think they finally got a coach instead of a DC acting as coach. Right now, I think they could be two teams to surprise.

Carolina....just to get Cam into the starting role sooner
San Fran...see Buffalo. You think Harbaugh might want to have a bad year so he can draft his QB next year? Starting Alex Smith is a really good start to that process. Being a new coach, he can have a bad year and not get fired
Cincy....see Carolina. replace Cam with Dalton.
Oak...lost their best player (and their worst!). New coaching staff. Crappy owner. No QB to speak of
This year's draft was a QB bonanza. I think the bad teams that need a QB will throw in the towel quickly in order to draft Luck next year in hopes of turning things around. Wouldnt surprise me if SF, Wash or Oak started off badly to continue their slide to get the #1 spot
