We all know Barry was a phenomenal player before the Roids and bind blowing with the Roids.

Hypothetically speaking where would you put his Career numbers had he never taken Steroids?

550 homeruns? 450 SB?

That sounds about right. According to the book 'game of shadows' he started using sometime in 1998.

I'd imagine the steals would go up. That muscle mass had to have an affect on his speed.

In all seriousness though he was pretty small way back. Hard to say how one benefits from this stuff, don't know anything about it but I think you have to be working out pretty hard in the first place to get any benefit. Is that true ?

Sad he and A-Rod used because they were great all around players without the stuff............now guys like McGwire & Sosa who were average fielders IMO and couldnt hit for high average, etc.......the juice allowed these guys to stay in the league a lot longer than they wouldve been......especially Sosa.
