Maybe he likes Pit Bulls and does not want _ _ _ _ _ _ _ fighting them - yes, some dogs are just bad but the majority of pits that fight were taught to fight by _ _ _ _ _ _ _ like Vick and his hoodlum friends - I'm not a fan of Pit Bulls myself because they're too powerful but I have seen some real wimps that were really nice and loving.

Hey jackass, I own a Pitbull and I do not support fighting them. I think its wrong and not fair to the dog. My pit is trained correctly and is one of the friendliest dogs I have ever been around. I am against what he is doing, hence the reason I started the petition.

As far as the "start a petition.com" matter, will that make or break Vick's case, or career in the NFL? Certainly not. However, with all this riff raff about "Player conduct" and "strict punishment", I do beleive that public forums, petitions, protests, public perception of the league and its players,what have you, will have an impact on Roger Goodell, and how he handles situations such as these, henry, pacman etc.. Goodell has made a pledge to clean up the league's act, and must make his best effort to do so. Whether it works or not, is yet to be seen. However, it will at least have a favorable impact on public perception on Goodell, the job he is doing, and the league itself..

Think it was meant to be a funny observation more than a slam...but I know crusadors tend not to have sense of humors.

As far a Vick, I'm sure he will be punished...Banned, I don't know about. I think there are bigger issues in putting an end to the dog fighting community than Vick. He's just become the poster boy. Its a hell of a lot bigger than Vick.

If you think banning Vick is gonna stop all the sick bastards out there fighting their dogs I'm afraid you're sadly mistaken. I guarantee they don't give a shit about the well being of Mike Vick. Banning Mike Vick will have as much effect on stopping dog fighting as the DARE program has had on the "war on drugs".
