I do agree he puts his team on his back week in week out .when Allen off the Bills are more then capable of losing but when he’s on they can compete with anyone. His stats were sick vs Tampa yes Tampa down many weapons but he’s a beast and durable

You're absolutely right - this Bills defense isn't playoff caliber, never mind Super Bowl caliber. Imagine that awful run D facing Jonathan Taylor in the playoffs. Yikes!

Can Josh go full-on Beast Mode and drag them there anyway?
Of course....there they are once again at 7-3. He does it every single year - like dropping 44 on the Bucs while throwing to scrubs who would be WR3-WR5 on most rosters.

Eight years into the Josh Allen era and he still has to play hero ball just to keep this franchise afloat.

Why?

Because Bills management stinks.

They don't draft and develop like the Eagles.
Their cap management looks like a Madden franchise run by an 11-year-old on a sugar high.
They keep shoveling huge money at aging, average defensive "names" willy-nilly instead of building an actual core - meanwhile Peyton's Broncos and Vrabel's Patriots are building team cultures with zero glaring weaknesses.

Beane took Keon Coleman over Ladd McConkey. That single decision is the entire front office resume.

Josh Allen isn't just a "franchise QB", he's Hall-of-Fame elite - arguably the most explosive raw dual-threat force the league has ever seen.

The problem is everything around him…and it's been that way for almost a decade.

His QBR was 96 that game — Allen’s was 92

Reality is both defenses choked that game. Hence why neither could win the AFC

You need elite "pieces" to win championships - more than just QB play.
