but I really think Turco is going to bring it. This series also looks to me like the home teams will have the upper hand so if Colorado wins, I see it as a 2-1, 3-1 type of game. One of these days we'll agree on a play, interesting to see what happens then..

Dogs 0-4 on day 1 but I don't hear any barking loud enough to take on day 2 either -

Nice picks yesterday. I strongly disagree on Montreal, don't see them doing anything right in this series (not that I am in love with Boston I assure you). Mon has been horrible down the stretch and I can't think of any reasons that will change tonight or anytime soon. I would say that they are probably my candidate for first to be eliminated from the playoffs and they were a team I was playing a lot early in the season. I think the Col over might be a good play. I like Col in that game a lot. Tanguay back makes all the difference and Forsberg is doing his deal too. They looked solid the other nite. That series is getting nasty, Dallas only hope is to get some Power Play time and convert often. I can't believe I actually took Dallas game one, ruined what would have been a 4-0 nite for me. I am avoiding the Vanc series altogether from here on out though after hitting Van game 1.

hall - Dropped the Montreal play which was a tough loss but they had the best of the play in that game. Could have gone either way in OT, just didn't go my way this time.

1-1 so far tonight & one play only for Saturday...

Saturday April 10th

NJ/Philadelphia UNDER 4.5 -113

NJ needs this game. Don't know if they will get it but I would expect them to play a very tight defensive game.

Happy Easter everyone!

mon played much better than last, still think Boston has them on the physical side and don't see much true scoring ability on Mon besides Zednik and Koivu. I think the size wins out and the Bos kid is playing sweet in goal.

Should be hitting my Bos Col Daily Doubleparlay here momentarily myself = )

Have not capped tomorrow...I got stuck on NJ game 1 so inclined to lay off. I like Ott and even though I am a Detroit fan I have a sneaky feeling on Nash but Det is capable of winning by 5 so it is real tuff to bet against them.

Vancouver/Calgary UNDER 4.5 +103

Vancouver hasn't scored an even-strength goal in the series. Calgary should be much more disciplined at home. I see the game much like game 2.

Montreal -119

The thing I remember most about Alexei Kovalev in his glory days with the Penguins is that he scores goals in bunches. Well, he netted two on Sunday so watch out. A hot Kovalev + Jose Theodore is a "wicked" bad combination for Bahhhston.

Tough loss with Montreal last night but maybe their fans got what they deserved after the national anthem incident.

yes it is and this is unusual for nashville, its taken a while to get hockey over in this town,,,, this series (regarless of outcome) is going to do wonders for next years attendance.. even the governor came to the last game, saturday will be crazy (especially if were up 3-2).. great for this city, almost all the titans were at the last game,, mcnair, george, wychek, zach pillar,, lots of country music people as well..

Nashville/Detroit OVER 4.5 -125

If Detroit throws 40 pucks at the net tonight I've go to think they can get a couple to fall at home. Joseph will be hard-pressed to be razor sharp with the time missed so tough to imagine Nashville not plating two as well which would guarantee an over. Expect Detroit make an effort to open up the game to beat Vokoun and change the momentum in the series.

Calgary/Vancouver UNDER 4.5 +103

Kiprusoff is on top of his game again so beware but many may see the under as a risky play because of Cloutier being out. Here is the way I see it: Vancouver is at home and must hold serve or they are in trouble. I would expect them to play a very tight defensive game giving the "Moose"(most likely playing) as much help as possible. This should be the game plan because they must know it is going to be tough to beat Kiprusoff.

LETS GO PREDATORS!!!

This is great for a small market team like Nashville. I used to go to games all the time when I lived there. Tomas Vokun is the key for us. Lets hope that Cujo is still rusty and we can steal one in "Hockeytown" and bring this series back to "Hockeytonk."

NY Islanders ML +169

Guys - having a great run in the playoffs here and just feel like taking a shot with this number. The Islanders have had success with this Tampa team in the recent past and they did split with them in Tampa in this series. Confidence should not be drained completely based on this. In my opinion, the under is the safer play and +1.5 for NY is also a good play but you really have to lay the lumber. With a healthy bankroll right now, like the spot to take a shot with the big DOG.
