Andy, sorry so late, i just got home from work.....Michael at Heritage had emailed me back just as he said he would...I simply wasnt here to get it...
Michael seems like a very straight-forward business man, and from the sound of his email, and his info, this might be a book i would like to take a look at.......He was very honest about what was going on, and very succinct in the explanation of your options....
The problem here is not one of scamming, or bonus whoring, simply of not abiding by there withdrawal rules....
here are you options....
You can leave your money there for 14 days from deposit, as they state in their rules, and then withdrawal all the money, with Heritage paying the fees....
If you wish to forego their offer, and withdraw your money prior to the required time, they will send you the money tomorrow...However, you will then be responsible for the cost of the money coming in 3.8 % (on the 820.00) and 5% going out (on the 820.00).....the winnings can then be withdrawn however you wish, if by western union, then u pick up the fees....seeing as the rules were stated clearly on their site, I dont see where Heritage was at fault here, and think they have given you 2 very fair options.....
This was my first player/book dispute, and hopefully you are satisfied with the results, i think Mike did what he could.....He was quite honest about books not wanting hit and run customers due to the high cost of transferring money, and i can understand that....
below i will copy the exact excerpt from his email, in case i did not describe this clear enough....
And as a bonus, Michael said they dont check out the forums too much, but i had sent him a link to the thread, so he checked it out, and was impressed by many of the posters coming to Heritage's defense, and questioning why someone was cashing out so fast, etc.....He appreciated the support, and therefore has informed me that any poster that had posted in that thread before 4:30 pm est, will be given a free entry into their NCAA BRACKET CONTEST.......lots of prizes to be won....It is reserved for active clients, but he wanted to thank the posters who supported Heritage, and spoke their peace.....A very cool offer to say the least.......Just contact Mike at Heritage to enter the contest, if you posted in the thread before 4:30 est (the time they checked the thread)...
Once again, i am glad this is resolved, and hope u get your money however u want it Andy....

Back to the problem at hand. We will send this client all his money immediately but we will charge him a 3.8 % Neteller fee going in and a 5% Neteller fee going out on the 820 he wants via Neteller. We will then send him a check or wire transfer for the balance for a $45 fee or send it to him W/U with him paying the Western Union fee. Basically what we are saying is we will waive the 14 day rule but he has to pay all related fees to get the money. This is consistant with the rules posted on our site. We aren't charging him on what he won with "fee" money.
If he will wait the 14 days he will be eligible to get all his money and we will pay all the fees.
