FREDDY IS ONE OF THE BEST PEOPLE I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH IN CONTESTS, AND FOR TAKING CARE OF PLAYERS....

GAMBLER'S AVENUE IS ALWAYS AROUND THE FORUM, AND WILLING TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS....

CLEVEFAN (WHO WE ALL KNOW IS ABOVE REPOROACH) HAS MADE SOME OF THE USUAL "A FRIEND TOLD ME", "I HEARD A RUMOR" CLAIMS, AND THEREFORE PEOPLE ARE JUMPING TO LOTS OF CONCLUSIONS....

I HAVE 2 CONTESTS GOING WITH GAMBLERS AVENUE RIGHT NOW, CONSISTING OF 61 PLAYERS.....

PLEASE, IN THIS THREAD BELOW, WILL ALL THOSE PLAYERS, AND ANY OTHERS THAT PLAY AT GAMBLERS AVENUE LET US KNOW ONE SIMPLE THING....

HAVE U EVER HAD TROUBLE COLLECTING YOUR MONEY?

I THINK THIS WILL BE A MUCH BETTER BAROMETER OF HOW THIS BOOK IS DOING....BECAUSE BESIDES CLEVEFAN'S RANTS, I HAVE SEEN NO LEGITE CLAIMS ON THE BOARDS ABOUT NO PAYS, OR SLOW PAYS.......

IF THERE ARE ANY HERE IS YOUR CHANCE....WE WILL SEE.......

I have been playing there for some time, collected twice very quickly. Contest winnings have been placed into account quickly. One or two minor problems were solved as soon as Fredd was informed.

As far as I am concerned this is a first-rate outfit. I would recommend them to anyone looking for another out.

yes, i had problems with fred that led me to close down my account.
1. i did a western union withdrawal which by his own admission could not cover (received partial payment)
2. re-upped after reading about his nba contest bonus and never received it. Only some bullshit that it expired (even though he was talking about it that day on the boards)
couple that with the desperate posts looking for postups it seems to me like something is not right.fred knows who i am and he will never see another penny from me.I would advise others to do the same.

ALSO, WE HAD A SPECIAL BONUS OFFER FOR THE PLAYERS IN THE NBA CONTEST, THAT IS TRUE, HOWEVER U ARENT IN THE CONTEST, SO IT WOULDNT HAVE APPLIED TO YOU......ALL THE PLAYERS IN THE CONTESTS RECIEVED THEIR BONUSES WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS.....

are you asking for the board are you just defending them..you sound like their lawyer..heres the answer

1. no,i only received partial (it was only 2k and got 1250) the rest was put back in my account
2. As for the bonus for contest players only. I sent the following email to fred on the 9th (oct) and was sent back the name on who to send to. I sent like 700.00 (not sure exact amount). The bonus was never credited and when i asked fredd about it he told me that offer had expired so no 50%. I told him to forget about the contest then as that was deceptive advertising as if you look on the boards on the 9th of oct (and beyond) they were still offering it. so there it is. Fred can be my guest and comein here and defend it if he likes. I have not been back since. here is the email i sent the morning of the 9th...

hows it going? I read about the contest and bonus you are going to do on therx.com. I am interested. Just send me the western union info and i will send today. You can just take the 100.00 out of my account after i send.thanks "



I will not reup with them until they offer to honor the bonus i sent in for.hope this helps...

i didnt post about it when it happened as i gave them the benefit of the doubt. I did receive the partial western union and do not know if i would have received the rest as i lost. thats not really the point though. you asked if anyone had troubles and thats why i posted it. As for the bonus, i dont know what happened either but i never got it and was told only the offer had expired otherwise i would have joined the contest.do i think they are a stiff book? no...do they have some c.s issues? for sure..

I like to pride myself on knowing all of my customers one way or another. Handle to name relation is not my best one though. There is just too many of you. I learn voices, acct id's and emails to name a lot faster. I may know who you are with a minor hint and if you email me right now I will be glad to check this all out.

I don't doubt that a miscommunication could have occurred but what you are saying is I practically did not want to work with you. No offense intended but anyone who deals with me on the phone or IM, can verify I am S-I-M-P-L-E to deal with unless of course I firmly feel you are 1. trying to cheat me 2. an advertiser giving me the "I can get you 50000 customers spiel..

Even when a customer scoots in after the expected time on bonuses I try to accommodate, if we were not able to come to an agreement something may be missing in your version. I am not calling you a liar, but I am standing on the fact that I work with people, I aim to please and not to run you off. Why would I do that? I appreciate your opinion regarding the issue here and would be very grateful if you could email me and refresh my memory, I will fill in the blanks to our challenge and have others form an opinion regarding our book and customer service.

Don't get me wrong I am not trying to offend you, there are people who require more maintenance, as gifted as I am offering that, some people are beyond certain points. I have expressed that to you on my emails to YOU directly. You require high levels of personalized service that not even I could get you. I save every email in a folder for every customer I have and upon reading a few, I am sorry to say that of the few that I find almost impossible to deal with is you.

I am not trying to be mean spirited nor am I looking to start a pissing contest with you but I call it the way it is. My opinion is honest and even with the risk of speaking my heart in here I will say, 1. there is no pleasing you or 2. I never found how, but I have to many customers and I would have more moaning in here...

Your latest gripe with us is that you were not able to get into the NBA contest and the offering available to participants due to it being sold out completely. On top you missed the point that the bonus was for those who had signed up for the contest only. You received a bonus aside from that and played out your funds. The "partial" payment you are refering to, is the payment we made to you before your last deposit. I will admit, since I don't have anything to hide, that our Western Union was low on a sunday after paying out other players and there was 60% of your request available to pay. You took and played it out and then came back for a deposit. Happy be fair call it right. You got a "partial" payment, you feel that way ok. But you got it. you lost the other part and then reloaded. Now you cry wolf... There is no love loss between us, but call a spade a spade...

As for me being a hard ass.......Damn right i am. I am the CUSTOMER. I AM taking the risk by sending funds to a person i dont know and a third world country to boot. When things dont go my way i get mad. I take the risks and things should run smooth. that is the one thing i cant fathom about this game.
