Anyone have any good stories about ATS consultants? It thats time of year, i am getting bombarded by their mail and all sorts of other books junk mail too. I used to have the ATS sports pager, paid for that thing for like 5 years! Now my Sprint PCS phone does what the pager never could, and faster updates too!
If you are looking for a service that can consistently win 30-35% of the time and still say they are up 100's of units then this is the one for you. They also tend to make up their own lines after the game is over

Can they REALLY win consistently at 30-35%? If so, I have found 65-70% winners. Unfortunatley, I only ever found 1 service that was that bad consistently over time, and they called it quits after a basketball season where, I kid you not, they had a winning record in all of 2 weeks over the course of the entire basketball season.
Boy I miss them.
The problem with most services is that they lose, but not consistently enough to actually be worthwhile betting against.

I use one sports service that actually wins in the high 50's 4 of the last five seasons. I also subscribe to two sports services to fade their picks. They are in the high 20's to low 30's. I keep waiting for them to close shop but so far after two years they are still in business. One is Jerry Kilgore of JK's Sports. At one point last season he made a message saying he was sorry for the last 3 months and he hoped to finally have a winning week very soon. The other is "The Captain". This guy has had two streaks during the last two years where he lost 20 plus games in a row.The only time I go in depression is when these two shut down for the summer or take a few weeks off for vacation.
How about Doc's in Wisconsin. He losses consistently and also can't come close to winning his Big 10 game of the year. Marc Lawrence is another clunker. He says he doesn't watch the games. Just goes on the trends. He hit about 38-40% last year. He better start watching a game for a change. Last but not least is a company out of Florida named OTL with an owner named John. He said he hit 86% the last four seasons. His adds were a disgrace to himan intelligence. Of coarse he sounded like he was orig. from N.Y.
Not to beat a dead horse, but ATS Consultants is nothing other then another scam-dicapper. I submitted a request a long time ago for information on the ATS Sports Pager and for a free NFL annual from them. Even though I never did buy anything from them, I still get tons of mailings every year from them - overemphasizing all their big wins of the year and their high "winning percentages". It's fun to read through all of it for a laugh, though.
