Cleveland +5 (2*)

Cleveland and the points is not an investment play, close, but not an excellent play. OVER is an excellent play for many reasons, weather included. Go with the Over to Crush the books!!!!

Actually I just hit the over. The push from 53% to 62% in the last couple hours convinced me. I've got it at 39.5
