The Borgata is the nicest casino in town. "The place to be seen" Young crowd on the weekend. Some decent dollar video poker. Table games always seem pack jammed. Went to Suzanna Foo's Sulian and it was one of the most over priced tasteless places I have ever been. $17 for a bowl of wonton soup and $42 for general chicken. The buffet is very good and is also $25 for dinner. If you have a premium card from any other casino they will give you what is known as a black rewards card which entitles you to a free room,$50 in slot play, and front of the line service in the restaurant and bars.
The best thing to do is go and pay for everything and play at your leisure at a level that won't hurt you. From what I read earlier I am sure you know this already.
Things to do? Well, this isn't Vegas but you can take a nice stroll on the famous boardwalk. Tropicana has just put 200 mil in there place and it is looking good. Caesars has the nicest hotel lobby in town that features some scenes reminiscent of Vegas. Taj Mahal had 20 million in chandeliers. Do go down by showboat and you will be safe. In the daytime there is a lot of bus trippers and in the nights there is a very serious crowd. Ac Table players are more of a grind it out there to win type compared to the Vegas tourist crowd.
With that said tomorrow I leave for Vegas for ten nights. He HE
