Kevin Mawae is the key loss for the Jets which will mean a long day for Vinny. Each team will try to control the football on the ground to hide the deficiencies in their passing game but this sets up huge for Atlanta with Warrick Dunn against an old Curtis Martin who will have a tough time grinding out 60-80 yds against the Atlanta D. The game will be won because of these two things turnovers and 3rd down efficiency which both favor the home team tonight. Atlanta is also scoring almost twice as much per yard gained on the season.

The predicted over and under is 39 giving slight value to the under. But will be a no play since nearest 2 key numbers to predicted total are 38 and 41.

Any line movement from 7.5 -8.0-8.5 has very little value to Jets betters since a spread of 8 hits once every 83 games in the NFL. The only value in a Jets bet would be if the line went over 9.5. I really like having the -7 and not having to give up a hook on a key number.
