If Mizzou knocks off whoever they play in the title game or Alabama or Fla get clipped before the title game & then win, USC backs right in (where they have no business)

No Business their , but most likely they would be favored and with the ease they dispose their BCS games you might be looking at another championship.

Go back over all my posts and you will not once find me say that they couldn't win in the title game. That has never been the point. Any team that gets there can win with 2 months off between games. These teams come back totally different teams. My point is USC does not deserve the puncher's chance to win a title. They have not accomplished squat on the field. Tonite was another example. People will see Cal's 3 points in the boxscore but not realize they lost a TD that wouild've tied the game on a phantom flag. A legit team would've pummeled this weak Cal team tonite

was not a phnatom flag, it was clearly an illegal formation and laundry was dropped before Riley released the ball.

Also no other team in the country could hold Cal Under 20 let alone 3 points.

You need to get on the bandwagon and stop the crying man, If they get their they deserved to get their. Its been proven year in and year out, their toughest games are Conference games. After that they just crush the imposters from the other Conferences.

That's also a myth that USC honks feed. Knowing they have 10 bye weeks in conference, USC sleepwalks through the conference knowing they can win with weak efforts (like tonite). The occasional big name team like an Ohio State draws all their attention and motivation (when you have 1 "challenge" a yr it makes sense). Don't be fooled by Bozo the Carroll's "our toughest games are in conference crap". Thats a copout for him not having his teams ready to thrash the sisters of the poor

A receiver was covered up on the weak side of the formation. It was not a phantom flag. I was at the game and it was clear as day by the way the receivers set up.

It wasn't clear as day at all. Even the broadcasters were in shock after looking at the replays. And how do you Trojan honks explain no review on the 1st TD that clearly bounced off the ground? 14 points worth of BS in USC's favor in a 17-3 win. I've seen that movie too many times. We know the Pac-crap will protect their only entity til death do them part. All the other flags thrown on USC are always on meaningless shit.

USC plays in the worst major conference by far this year.

I think CFN sums it up best

"The Pac 10 is awful. Really, really bad. Oooooh, USC shut out Arizona State, Washington State and Washington. It took way, way too long to put away mediocre Arizona and California teams. USC is struggling way too much against mediocre teams, and it hasn't played a truly great team all year (considering Beanie Wells wasn't playing for Ohio State and Terrelle Pryor didn't come in until it was too late)."

And a national title game worthy team not lose to Oregon State. Hell USC is not even in control of its own destiny right now to win its conference

Who are you kidding trying to hype up Cal like it has some ungodly monster offense. USC struggled against an average Cal team that has lost to Arizona and Maryland.

Wells in not all that and he wouldn't do much against USC defense. Pryor is not all that great either. sure he looks ok at times but against average at best defenses in a pathetic conference. those 2 didn't play defense against USC, that score 35-3 wasn't even a indication of nthe mismatch between those 2 teams

While everyone else is patting Oklahoma for beating up on Texas A'M and Florida beating a worthless Vandy team
