I know the weather will be a factor in Philadelphia but 48 1/2 is too low. The major factor in affecting a total is wind because it puts such a damper on the passing game. But in this case the team that figures to score a bunch of points doesn't pass the ball anyway. Navy scored 59 points a couple weeks ago against Central Michigan and completed 3 passes in the entire game.
Navy leads the nation in rushing averaging 323 yards per game. Army is so bad. They can't stop anyone. Navy can score 48 1/2 by themselves. Any points by Army are just a bonus. I like this over a lot.
