You're right. Every year they predict that this is the year the Cards turn it around and maybe take the division. And every year they are the doormats again. Why is this year any different from prior years?
There's something about that organization - "A committment to mediocroty"
since i like very much betting on footbal i'll say they win 6 or 7 this season, i cant see them goying 8-8 or better especialy with some hard games on the road, they will have a slow start of the season.
