Caps playing poorly of late. Taking way too many penalties. Though i expect they won't want
to be known as the team involved in the record being tied. But sometimes i wonder if their
Russian players are influenced by criminal groups. When they decide to show up & play,
maybe 50% of the time, they are very tough to beat.
