Quick shower moving through - nothing much behind it. Game should start pretty quick.

yanks tie it at 7 and we are headed to extra innings.

keep in mind it is past 1A in NYC - and the AL has a 1A curfew in which no new inning can start after this time meaning the game could end in a 7-7 tie and have to be resumed wednesday night - and NO side winner for the books - meaning refunds - something books have to hate!

June 12, 1967 The Senators beat Chicago, 6-5, in 22 innings. The game lasted six hours, 38 minutes and ended at 2 43 a.m., causing the league to adopt a curfew stating that no inning may start after 1 00 a.m.
