I figured this out in sort of a round about way, but there is a flaw with paypal that seems to be exploitable..

I know it, tell me if this is what you are talking about. If it isnt, then I wont ellablorate any further.

It involves signing up for the account usuing a new bank account with lets say $50 in it. Then it will ask you for a credit card as well, in taht case you use that SAME banks debit card. Now if you cant figure it out from here, then you dont deserve to be reading this forum anyway.

Is this what you are talking about?

Oh yes by the way, the other way to do it is to use the paypal debit card in such a way and you can get up to about $1000 I think

Well players69 pretty much has it figured out. I kind of stumbled upon this by accident..

BUT

You can get signed up with paypal, verify a bank account, and send someone 2000 dollars, even send it to yourself with another seperate account, and the account will stay "Limited" for 120 days, where by no interest is accrued and you basically got about 2000 for free during that time.

Kind of amazing actaully, how poor Paypal's A/R department, if one exists, must be. I mean it appears they basically have no way of getting that money back, a result of not paying it back in 120 days is your account woule be locked, but at that point, who cares? LOL

Why not just write yourself a bad check and cash it?

Sure your credit will get burned and the cops will be after you.
But hey, 2000 smackers!

If you have a paypal accoount currently that is verified, it means it has a bank account tied to it, you are able to send instant payments to others, 2000 is the limit i believe. Now unless you have 2000 in your bank account, or overdraft protection to cover that amount, they will be left out in the cold when they go to take the cash out, they will try twice. After the 2nd time you will have a negative paypal balance and a limited account, but nothing really happens to you, and after 120 days the account is locked.

Also don't have a credit card on that account to cover the 2000, they will try to take it from there...

Care?

What do they have in place to prevent this?

They have a flawed system for instant payments.

Well, if the decide to come after you, they can use your identity information the bank has when you opened the bank account. Now, if you want to provide false information to the bank, you are asking for a whole lot of federal trouble, since bank interest ties into your IRS taxes.

Even dancing accounts around in a ponzi-like scheme is illegal.

Now, the real answer to the question posed by this thread is: "Open a sportsbook in Panama".

I'm not saying NEVER pay it back, but you truely have 120 days without any real recourse..
