Never sold or bought anything from there, but I am moving soon and do not want to have a yard sale( not a big fan of having people bartering 10 cents off a lawn chair) but was wondering if anyone has any experience with that site.

Thanks.

Ebay is a great way to get rid of items! Set your price and if they have no bids you can relist them at no charge! They charge a small fee! Upcharge on the shipping though so you cover yourself! Open a paypal account cause most people on Ebay will credit your account in minutes after a sale! Good Luck!!

If you want to sell something, buy some stuff first. Most Ebayers won't bid on something you sell unless you have a rating which you get by having a history of transactions.

As mentioned, make sure you have a picture with your item.

If you would like to get the budget route, just get yourself a WebCam and you can use it to upload pics just like a digital camara.

You can find a top quality one for $100, but some as low as $30.

I highly recommend anything made by LOGITECH.......you can find these at any BESTBUY.

Oh, by the way, have your auction end between 8-10 EST on Sundays as this is prime time for buyers.

Good luck.

Thanks for all the advice. I have a digital camera. So I can take pics of everything.
I do not have any pre 1975 cards. I would rather post my email though instead of listing stuff I have on here. (Do not want to "disrespect" this site). Ill do that after i have a list.

Just take out an ad and put up an estate sale. EBayers won't respect you because you are new and there is so much stuff on there that your items are likely to get lost in the shuffle. If you do it and put most of your stuff on there you will be looking at a long, drawn-out process. Do it with the estate sale and a good ad in a local paper, with some additional flyers going up around the neighborhood and much of your stuff will be off your hands quickly and probably for close to the price of Ebay. Estate sales get a lot of impulse buyers, but few people go out and do anything but hard bargain shopping on Ebay.
