the uconn pitt game was one of those where neither side was the play despite who won. even a good capper has to realize 50% of his plays have nothing to do with who he picked and is left to the basketball gods.
the truly good cappers can nail 60% of the rest of the games tho. and these are the games where there isnt any doubt in the outcome against the spread.
so i hate to sound so naive but the truly great cappers only have to truly nail 30% of their games year in and year out, to be called elite.
the other 70% are left to chance and ugly losses. that is why so many people lose betting on sports. they just dont get it.
anyways chuck, i havent been really following lately but i wish you well. i must admit i was kinda upset when you made the post about 63% winners in hoops, i just think that might be a stretch
good luck all and lets rock tommorrow
