Anyone have WinXP Media Center?

Wondering if anyone could share any expierences with it, good or bad?

Wow-never even knew it existed. Doesn't look like anything special on the demo on Microsofts site-but it doesn't really give you much to work with.

TT, haven't played with it that much yet, but I can tell you this PC flys like the wind... I went from USB 1.0 cable connection to ethernet connection and it made a huge difference.

I just got it and set it up yesterday. I havent messed with the Media Center yet. I do not have a TV very close to my computer so I need to find the right extension cords to set this crap up. Hopefully someone posts something about it so I know if it is worth hooking up to my cable.

I do know that you can pause, record, etc live TV, it acts as a DVR... I didn't get a TV tuner with my, gonna get one soon...

I watch TV in a small window on my second monitor. I record those old movies that run at 4:00 am then burn them onto DVDs after editing out the commercials. It's the nuts!
