browns have to lose to ensure they get #1 pick.

Bengals have Burficit and Mixon back today. Last home game for Marvin, he's always been good to the players, even though the results haven't panned out. It's the main reason he's been retained as long as he has.

Actually Cleveland has a decent shot at winning that game. I played Cleveland at +7 and think its a solid spot for them.

What's the motivation for Chicago in this spot? They are in a divisional sandwich spot, playing Detroit last week and at Minnesota next week. Teams in this sandwich spot as a home fav off a loss are 20-50 over the last 10 years (since 2007).

The Bears are 4-10, hopelessly out of the playoffs, with a rookie QB that has been very inconsistent. They have a terrible offense but the defense isn't bad at all. Cleveland actually has a pretty decent defense, allowing 96.1 rush yards per game at 3.3/att. They actually have the top ranked rush defense going by yards per attempt. Chicago has a better defense, but its not better by a lot.

My question is how does an offense as inept as Chicago's cover a spread like this?? Sure, Kizer can do his Kizer thing. If you like Chicago laying this number, then you better expect help from the Browns' offense.

The weather calls for 24 degrees and snow with winds around 10mph. That doesn't sound like throwing weather to me. So if its tough to throw, and the game depends on the running game, wouldn't you rather take the best run defense in football (according to yards per attempt)??

I had the Bears as a Top Play at Cincinnati as a solid dog, and they trounced a lifeless Bengals team that day. They are fine as a dog, but do you really want this team laying close to a TD????

IMO Chicago is an awful play this week, in a bad spot. Divisional sandwich game, against a team desperate to get a win. You tell me who the more motivated team will be. Without question its the Browns.

Give me 6.5 or 7 all day in this spot, and don't be surprised if the Browns get the outright win.

why would the browns/front office be motivated to play today to win outright when they have to lose to ensure the #1 pick? Hue Jackson is getting roasted in the latest rumor mill reports on losing the team. I like them to cover though. I'll agree with you there

The flip side is why would the Browns want to be known as a team that went winless?? They would have to win 2 to not get the 1st pick. One win and they still have the Top pick. The guys in that locker room want to win, they're professionals with pride.

No team wants to go winless for an entire season.

Ive been picking my spots this season and have done decent for myself. I dont post much NFL because I dont consider myself good enough as a 50%/55% player so far this season. Im liking Bengals to win SU with all the bs with lewis and seeing them getting blown out by a ton two games in a row. I can see Detroit shitting the bed yet again with pub all over them and pub down playing Bengals cause theyve been ass this year for the most part. I see snow in cincy so far. Im not big on Stafford. Ill take anyone of your opinions on why or why not to take the Bengals. Thank you guys! Have a safe and happy holiday!
think the bengals will be much better today than last 2 weeks (can't be worse) and get around 20-23 points but if Trubisky can put up a 112 rating Stafford can certainly follow. Call it 30-23 Detroit

You couldn't be more right.

Pick 6 for a 10-7 lead and they line up offsides. Pick in the endzone. Fumble at the 3. They beat themselves, spreadwise, as much as the other team just beating them.

I'll be back later today dumbass... I love pointing out when people say dumb shit. Let's see how that Browns moneyline works out for you. You wrote 5 paragraphs about how one of the worst teams in NFL history has a shot today on the road and in the snow LOL dumbass - like I said, I'll be back

Do yourself and all of us here a favor, Biz. Dont ever come to this forum again talking about the Browns...ever.

I've never seen a team kill themselves more than this team......

...... but I was also right about Cincinnati and took a lot of crap about that one too.

But yes, no more Cleveland.

I don't mind you disagreeing, but I'm far from a dumbass and I win at the NFL. I was wrong about Cleveland today. Next time skip the insults and just state your views. I did not deserve that type of vitriol from you.

Pick 6 nullified, end zone pick, fumble at the 3. I've played them a few times this year with success, 3-3 I believe with spread losses vs Detroit (a game they should have covered) and Jax (sack fumble Td with less than a minute left). The Browns didn't get blown off the field today, they killed themselves.

Bad teams cover, today this one didn't. It's about finding the right spot when you bet on a bad team. I'll do it again when the time is right. One loss isn't going to keep me from what I do, which is win betting the NFL.

Merry Christmas to you Siege.

This guy is sending me private messages that he is a top capper at this website, lol, does anyone agree with that? He's also still telling me what a good pick the Browns were and that I just don't understand LOLOLOL.

Hey, dipshit, the Browns scored 3 points and you got your ass whooped by the book. Fuck off with your Browns bullshit. Shaking my head over here, guy hands over free money to the book and his team scores 3 points as if there was ever going to be any other outcome. Top capper my ass.

First off you sent me a PM and I responded...and yes I'm damn good.

Secondly I have a lot of people that pay me month after month. Gee, why is that??

I win. I handicap my own games. I don't have to come here and beg people for picks like you do.

You're too fignorant to understand the pick but thats ok.

Hands over free money? Really? I collect far more often than I pay.

Now go scan the forum and find your next play, since you're unable to do that for yourself.

This clown talks about Cleveland, how did this pick work out for you?? You picked a team that lost 55-10, and you want to talk about the Browns. Your analysis of the SMU/La Tech game is some really high level stuff. I mean, this is just pure genius. Can you teach me how to pick a favorite that loses by 6+ TDS??

Im going with SMU -4 tonight. There is some chaos with the coaching transition for SMU but there is a reason they are favorites tonight.

1. The game is being played 30 minutes from SMU.
2. WR Sutton for SMU will be the best player on the field tonight and a 1st round draft pick in April.
3. SMU quarterback Hicks has 32 Td's and 9 Int's on the season and has really progressed in his sophomore year.
4. SMU has the better overall record and has played a higher number of talented teams.
5. Their only common opponent (North Texas) was a win for SMU and a loss for LTech.

Defensively, LTech has a slight advantage but I don't think they can run with SMU. I'm laying 4.

Oh people are paying you money for your picks? Then you really should be more diligent and avoid backing the worst fucking team in the history of the NFL on the road and in the snow. The Browns got their asses wooped and so did the rest of your 'clients' if they followed you.

What am I not understanding about this terrible pick of yours that lost miserably? Everything seems to be pretty clear here.... you made a bad pick, I told you so, your pick got worked, I told you so again, now your mad. Cry me a river Browns boy.

I'm not mad. The play lost.

Most of my other plays won. It was another profitable NFL Sunday.

How did that SMU pick turn out for you??

You have no room to criticize anyone when you post crap like the SMU game.

Where were you before the SMU game? Easy to cherry pick now, I called you on your browns BS the second I read it and hours before the game even started.

What did you not understand?

A Pick 6 nullified by an offsides.
A pick in the endzone.
A fumble on the 3 yd line.

They lost by 17, getting 7.

I'm done wasting my time with this mental midget. Go ahead and get the last word. You've already proven your "genius" with that SMU pick.

I had La Tech. Cherry pick? It doesn't matter if I said anything or not, it doesn't take away from your brilliant analysis on the worst pick of the Bowl season.

LOL OK the Browns were never going to cover that game, ok. That's something you need to accept, Biz. That's step #1 plain and simple, no way around it.

Here's the difference between us... I made a bad pick on SMU. See what I did there, youre having trouble with that last part.

Don't want to derail the argument but it looks like Huge Action is trying to get fired so he can get the Bengals job and also keep getting paid by the Browns
