This is one of just a few reasons why I would not recommend funding ones account with a credit card.

Athough you would have to pay some finance charges, I feel it would be in your better interest to get a cash advance and send the money via Western Union..........and work with Neteller from there.

But then again, if you needing to get a cash advance to gamble, you shouldnt be gambling...........unless you fully expect positive returns.

actually that is not the case with pre paid cards. .they have little to no customer service, since there isnt any credit issues. .

but you are on the money fish, i agree with those comments all the way. its just asking for it.

do gift cards have the 3 digit security number on back of the card? wouldnt it also have to be tied into a name and adress to be verified?

i would highly highly doubt it. because the cards do not have a name on them.
