I weigh like 450 lbs and im always looking for a way to shed a pound or two.

a guy at my work has been on it for like 12 weeks and the little prick has lost a ton of weight, so i thought i would give it a try.

i signed up today and payed $65 to have someone call me a fatbastard and tell me what to eat for the next 13 weeks.

should be interesting and ill try to keep you guys up to date on my progress.

have any of you done this shhit, and if so, how did it work out???

Keep it up RPM, the weight will come off, although 1 egg and a sliver of bacon is not a lot of food.:icon_conf

noreaga,

the amount of calories you burn is dependent on your heart rate. i burn about the same amount of calories walking to the kitchen as you burn walking a mile.

I can see that, my thinking was wrong. I was thinking you run for an hour, and walk an hour. Certainly you burn more running. But if you have a predetermined distance, I can see where it would be the same

RPM, this is brutal.

I tried all these fad diets, atkins, low carb, etc......i hit my all time high of 246, i am now 220 or just under. eating in moderation is key, as it is to anything in life.

i use to eat everything, if i sit at dinner, my plate would be cleaned, even if i was full, i would continue to pile it in. try and remind yourself, the food will be there tomorrow, it is not going now where.

all these diets do is set you up for disappointment. if you deprive youself of foods you like, sooner or later you will binge, and that is worse.

so, why not, eat in moderation, and the pounds will come off.

just my 2c
