Anyone else getting spammed by this TOUT ..I get 3 or 4 emails a day

It is easier to press the delete key than to walk out to your mailbox, to throw out the junk mail.

Most email programs allow you to create filters. That way you can filter those right into the trash bin.

at the end of each email he has a phone number so I called it today and got his cell phone voice mail.....i left him a message and told him to take me off his email list.....told him i'd give him a week before i take further action.....told him i wasnt threatning him, but he needs to get it done.......we'll see.....

I don't know whether to laugh or cry at this one. I'll give anyone here +1000 he doesn't get anywhere near 100 entires and if he gets 50 I'd be stunned:

Hey guys I am going to sponsor a fun contest for all of my email
clients. My clients list is about 3000 strong and only those people will be
invited to participate in the contest. This is a chance for all of you
to have some fun and really show off what you are made of. The cost of
the contest will be $25.00 to get in and will start on Saturday May 28,
2005. I am expecting at least 100 entries of $25.00 and the payout will
be 100% payback to the winners.

I will pay out the top five places in the tournament. The payout will
be as follows: More if I get more than 100 entries.

1. $1000
2. $600
3. $400
4. $300
5. $200

This is based on at least 100 people but I am sure we will get more
than that as this is only $25 to enter. The contest will run one week.
Starting May 28 and ending June 3 2005. Entries must be paid by Friday
night at 11:59 pm.

All contest members will be put on my master list and will receive odds
every day via email no later than 7:00 am ET. All clients will receive
the same odds and odds do not change. Once you received the emailed
odds that is final. You then reply to the odds email with your daily
selections all at once. There is no adding of plays at anytime.

I will update all of you with the contest standings each day from the
prior day. The standings will be listed by your name you have in your
email address. Standing will be sent via email and will be posted on the
homepage of my website. Rules for the contest are stated below.

GENERAL RULES
Each and every handicapper that we monitor must follow a set of rules
that we have in place in order to maximize the quality of information
that we receive.

They must:
-Submit a maximum of 10 picks per day
-Rate each pick between 1 to 5 units
-Submit a maximum total of 30 units

(this is to prevent a handicapper from submitting ten 5 unit plays.
This way they must either submit only their best plays or discriminate
between all their picks by rating them according to their strength)

Those of you whoa re interested please sign up for the contest via
paypal below. Please note the paypay payment is for $26.50 as there is a
$1.48 fee from paypal that needs to be paid for. If you have any
