I think the Rockets will ruin that parlay.

Is this a Round-Robin??...

If so, is it a 7-teamer by 3 or by 4??...

If it's a 7-team parlay, then I must say you have balls betting 17 units...

Like MadCapper said, Houston will be a sweat-job without Sura, but may come through, but I think Austin Peay may burn you...

I hope we are wrong and you go 7-for-7...

GL...

Ouch, Samford spoils the party. You went 5 for 6 if I read right? S/U plays no spreads right?

*EDIT: 6 for 7 I meant. Post above threw me off.

Jasin: I used to screw around with parlays. I'd pick a 4-6 teamer, and lose one leg, I didn't use heavy fav ML's. I did at at SIA, they multiply out the odds, like a ML parlay does. I also str8 bet the sides.

Always seemed to lose a leg. Then I decided to throw out one team on the parlay, so if I had a 6-teamer, I'd bet the 6-teamer, and all combos of 5-teamers, in case one lost, same result. If a 4-teamer, I'd have 3-teamers with 2 right.

It's not worth it ! The problem is one book won't have the best odds on all teams, you just add variance, great when it hits !

I only parlay now for a reason, namely correlation. For example a game with a low total and a dog getting a lot of points makes a nice dog/under parlay. If the game stays under the dog has an increased chance of covering.

Otherwise shopping for best lines works better. 3-team parlays can be used effectively if lines are all good ( rare) at a book giving 6.5:1 or even 7:1 ( true odds). That's a very advanced strategy. I'm aware of it, but don't use it. Few books offer 7:1 3-teamers, and I think I can beat it with shopping. The books that offer it aren't the A+ books, anyway.

I'd stay away from parlays in general, better to grind out straight winners, but it is debatable. I don't know how well you know the math and money management theories behind all of it.

I relate my thoughts only, FWIW. Most people shouldn't parlay, unless they have a deep understanding of it AND a reason why a parlay is better than a str8 bet.
