Follow the money. If banks and firms are spending money to develop platforms and infrastructure for crypto in their business then there is no stopping the train

The FTX debacle is going to be great for BTC. It's getting rid of all the bad actors before the next bull run. There will be some regulation but that will affect the alts and stable coins more than BTC. BTC is the safest. APE and OMI are HR or bust. VeVe for NFTs.
