Miami has not played in a few weeks and have to be distracted by the hurricane situation. Miami is a solid team, but can they really resemble their normal selfs given all of the current circumstances and last week's layoff. Looks like an overrlay as 20 point chalk and has me thinking that the Tar Heels are worth a look.

Miami has one of the best defenses in the Nation. They are right in the mix for the title hunt. NC is going to have a difficult time putting any points up.

I like Miami in a teaser which I will probably do. I like games I do not have to sweat out.

Louisville's offense is a little more potent than Miami's this yr , However Miami's defense is awesome . I am going to put a small play on NC here . I think they keep it within the spread . GL

Major revenge game here for Miami, UNC beat them last year 31 to 28. Miami will not look past UNC this year and will run the score up if possible

UNC at Miami

UNC was fortunate to play Miami off a bye and under the lights in Chapel Hill last year, which resulted in a thrilling victory.
I dont see anything of the sort happening this year.
UNC was +21 in Chapel Hill last year, and now they are +20 in Coral Gables with a less productive offense. The only reason the heels won last year was bc they were able to trade points all game long. They were fortunate to have the ball last.
UNC is coming off a tough win over UVA in what was a defensive slugfest. There is no way the D can replicate their performance from last sat.
Also, UNC had a very potent offense last year with Darian Durant running the show. Matt Baker is nowhere near as effective as Durant.
Add revenge to the scenario, and there is a strong possibility that UNC gets throttled.:monsters-

Miami has recently played Temple and Duke and then did not play at all last week. Basically, they have had a layoff and am hoping that they are a little rusty given all of the circumstances. Other than the Duke game, Coker has not shown that he will run up the score this year.

If Baker and the UNC receivers ever got on the same page, it might make sense to put some money on them, but only 7 pts against uva, come on.

7 points

The 7 points against UVA is a bit misleading. There was only one receiver on most first and second downs. Bunting tried to establish the run in a field position game. Baker has shown potential, but he is a bit like my golf game. I can get one part of it working sometimes, but never all the facets at once.

There are better games to bet than this one.
There is one thing that is predictable about this tarheel team; that they will be unpredictable. UNC is the prototypical Jeckly and Hyde team. They usually dont do well on the road either.

FYI, this game has been moved from 3:30 est to noon est.
