A book other than Pinnacle that does not cap out exotics like Pick-3's and Pick-4's?

NOT SURE IF YOU HAVE LOOKED INTO WWW.YOUBET.COM STRICTLY HORSERACING AND NOT BOOK SO TO SPEAK. I USE THEM FOR HORSED BUT NOT TROTTERS, SO NOT SURE OF THERE SELECTIONS, BUT DO HAVE VIDEO OF MOST TRACKS THEY CARRY. AND FULL TRACK ODD'S AND PAYOUTS...G/L..G.

Know of a few

YOUBET.COM, EXPRESSBET.COM, and WINTICKET.COM are all OTB's so to speak, they comingle their wagers with the on track pools. You do get full pay outs, but you also recieve tax statements (W-2G) on qualifying wins, plus they do withhold taxes on major wins of 5000 or more. They are not "books."
The books usually put a cap on winnings, like with WSEX.com, they will only pay out say 300-1 on a tri, or $600 on a winning 2$ tri, even if it pays well over that.

if the rub is the withholding, then HPI will do-- they may not have as extensive a menu as Pinnacle & others, but they'll have some live video.....

I have no real problem w/Pinny other than I don't use Neteller (long story) and they don't pay WU fees unless you send them a grand. The bets offered and rebates are great tho.
