Don't fall hype top all the BS artists out there. Fiber has many benefits, but two of the most are satiety and regulation. It helps LDL, blood sugar and a myriad of other bodily functions.

Sawastea, Thats what i always believed but according to this guy its bad for you. He says his health completely improved once he got off fiber.
Maybe all the fiber studies are designed to make it look like fiber is good for us, when the truth might be that its not. I wouldnt doubt the drug companies doing this to sell their meds.

Fiber is natural occurring. It is a carbohydrate source by nature, even though it doesn't have a caloric density.

I guess it's sort of like "hey, I have a bridge here to sell you in Brooklyn."

Don't fall for propaganda when there is plenty of scientific and anecdotal evidence that shows you otherwise.

I started to eat more foods which had fiber in them along with a scoop of FIbersure mixed with my Protein shake during the day. Id have to say I feel 100% better. Just cleans me right out.
