Anybody download movies off the web??

I know this is illeagal...lol
But...how many people actually do this and how do people get these movies?? I have seen a few BAD bootlegs where somebody is holding the camera and you can hear the audience laughing and coughing...lol

just wondered how popular this was. I have seen 6 movies that are still in theatres and never left my house.

Where do these bootlegs come from??

Yeah, I have downloaded a few flicks from Kazaa. It reminds me of that Seinfeld episode where Jerry is hired to record movies. I imagine some people do sit there with a camera. There might also be some theatre employees making these available.

I think a progy/site called Mirk(sp) is popular for this. I have never got them, but I've heard. The downloads i have found are only 1-2 mins

IMO eMULE is the best prog you can get. Anything from screeners to DVD-Rips. Can give out the website that has the movies if its allowed in the forum........

Yes......several off of kazaa......Including some new ones the same weekend they hit the theaters.

www.sharereactor.com is the best. Just download the eMule program and set it up. Movie quality is incredible compared to Kazaa. Would recommend DSL or cable as the movie are pretty big but worth it.

www.filenexus.com is also connected to eMule but not as good a site as sharereactor.

Also www.vcdquality.com is the site to check out which movies have been released and audio/video quality.
