Apparently from what I am to believe from reports Anti Semitism has gone over the line in this forum. To be honest I do not understand the nuances of the subject unless if they are extremely blatant.
I am asking all posters in this forum to take into consideration that The Rx.com tries it's best to be as politically correct as possible but that is especially difficult here in the Politics Forum where hardly any of the dozens of cut and paste threads about the political turmoil in the Mid East create cyber hate between Politics Forum posters from both sides of this very serious and hot button issue.
I have no way of no way of knowing what is normal or routine political debate and what is offensive racism to persons of various ethnic backgrounds without spending hours studying a topic. This is not going to happen. The Rx does not pay me to keep feelings from being hurt here in this forum, or keep up to date on world politics. I don't even have a budget to pay a moderator to try to keep the peace in this place.
I remind you that this is a gambling forum which as a courtesy allows some of our posters interested in Politics and World Events to have an area to discuss these subjects.
Unfortunately the entire forum has turned into one huge food fight with only a hand full of rational posters compared to the bigotry and hatred for each other that is prevelent in almost 90% of the threads in some form or another.
Soon I will have passed my 4 year anniversary as head moderator here at The Rx.com and IMO this forum has never been more full of hate and pure venomous dialouge between posters than it contains right now. Behaviour in The Politics and World Events Forum is at an all time low during my time here as Head Moderator. Maybe it's my fault, who knows but regardless this day in and day out bickering has got to cease.
I am asking you to start by ceasing all of the anti-semitic remarks immediatley. We can then go from there.
