It was an election, not a legal argument for any court to decide on.

The votes had been cast, it was close, they needed to be recounted...and then the fuxxing court pulled the plug on the process ???

FYI...Gore lost the Florida recount he asked for, and would have lost the election anyway. The dems have never been able to produce one single recount which showed Gore winning the election.

And no, the courts are not supposed to decide an election. Good thing thats not what happened in 2000; what did happen is they settled a dispute that arose in the election. That is their responsibility and jurisdiction.

And if anyone wants a translation of landass's post, it's basically this: "JDeuce is posting again, which means he'll be posting arguments supported with solid facts...and I'll have nothing to counter with other than 'waah' and 'you're wrong because I said so.'
