They are the better team? Cleveland got it handed to them last week vs Houston and Indy beat San Diego. Indy has Peyton Manning, Cleveland has Derrick Anderson. Clevelands WRs cant catch and their RB is old. Colts RB is young and WRs can catch(and shoot)--I think they are the better team altho i dont think its a blow out.
though im on the colts this week, i must say im not as confident as some with J. saturday AND B. Sanders out. Colts D just doesnt seem as fast without Sanders.
anderson might be set on trying to get his job back too... even if he didn't fight so hard for it in the first time around.
This is one of the game that look easiest in this week,. Don't you know Vegas do know about this point spread? Good luck for all people taking Indy this week if any one have some $ left after the game ended
Colts had a rocky start, but seem to have found a groove, 4 game win streak right now and they need to keep winning to hold onto a wildcard spot. They really cant afford to lose to the browns.. Im pretty sure Manning will bring his A game. Personally i think the line should be atleast -6.5 or -7.5. I was weary in the begining of the season at the easy lines the colts had and didnt cover, but now it seems like they got there crap together and are on a mission.
Indianapolis is the right side to bet in this game. They are peaking just in time for the start of the playoffs. On the other hand, Cleveland has mailed in their season. Their coach will most likely be fired the day after the season ends.
Don't overthink this. Bet the Colts ATS and collect your winnings.
Don't forget the rocky start the Colts got off to was largely in part to injuries. With Jeff Saturday out of the line up, their team changes. I don't think they will go back to playing as bad as they did the first month of the season, but to think that the good times will keep on rolling is wrong.
This is a classic 'Colts do what it takes to get out of town with a win' kind of game.
Colts lose outright...GL tho. This is redemption for Derek Anderson, against a horrible defense with arguably their heart and soul out. Colts on the road which is disaster (except for last week but that Norv's fault). Cleveland is gonna air it out today and roll these poor bastards and win vegas a lot of cash in the process. GO BROWNS!
How come nobody yet mentioned Josh Cribbs vs a horrible Indy special teams? He could set up some short fields for the Browns.
Jeff Saturday is out, but the big Brownie in the middle Rodgers might not play either.
The Colts are 1-8-1 vs a 6 point spread in their past 10 games. This game shouldn't be easy, but I think they pull it out. It annoys me that people think this is such a gift.
If the Colts have covered 6 points once in the past 10 games, why do you think this is such a lock? I don't.
If Bob Sanders was playing I'd have no problem laying up to 7 with Indi.....but without him I could see the Colts having trouble covering anything above 3.
