Nice that they finally opened this one up...And its interesting to see how many people do care about their health and fitness on of all forums a gambling one..

Here is my problem...I am naturally well built (but would still like to get toned)
I have been drinking way too much beer in the last 2 years and doing relatively little exercise. So now i have a developing beer belly that i want to get rid of and its proving to be harder than i thought!!!I have already quit beer completely.

I have been doing 100 sit ups on a 45 degree incline 4 times a week for about 2 months now and i am not getting any results. My routine was to do treadmill for about 5-10 mins, then bench press followed by 33 sit ups then some leg work and more over head pulls using my arms then back to 33 situps, repeat leg work and over head pulls and finish with another 33 situps...

Now i am doing 3 sets of 40 situps because i dont cramp up like i used to..

But i am not seeing any results...

What am i doing wrong...

Ps...My diet is pretty good with alot of veggies, and subway...I only eat 2 meals a day. Drink lots of water and i am trying to find and alternative juice drink with no corn syrup (but thats another story for another day)

help me out guys, i need to bring in by size 38 belly to line up with my 36 waist...That aint much and for 3 months i have only done afew centimeters (and thats arguable depending on how relaxed i am when i measure!!!)

you need to do more cardio at first, and less sit ups. Burn the fat on top of your six pack first. Sit ups help to strenghen the stomach muscles, but could make you bulky. Similar to a fat guy doing alot of weights, still drinking beer, and little cardio. He will get bulky burn some fat add muscle, but you don't want the bulky look around your gut. I would do more cardio and less sit ups. (not gonna tell you to cut out the beer, that's impossible lol) good luck

I already cut out the beer..I dont drink beer any more..I only drink grey goose or other vodkas.

Cardio is not my favorite... i dont like running at all thats the most hated part of my routine. I guess i might have to join a gym and play basket ball!!!! (which is silly considering i we have a full stocked one on our property!!!)

Best of luck to you.
