I haven't seen AF this year, but Navy is pretty tough, fairly balanced (for this level of team). I'm sure some other posters will have more and better info, but my advice is not to underestimate the Midshipmen.

Thanks Iguana...

AF could have legitimately won last week against Utah if it didn't go through a "one quarter" lapse against Utah, in Utah. This game, at home, screams AF. Maybe I am getting suckered into another "trap" game as I see no way how Navy could be favored beating the likes of Duke, Northeaster, Tulsa and Vandy. As I said, unless someone is hurt for AF, I think they win this game rather easily.

Someone Help!!

If AF can't stop Navy's running game, it will be a long day for the home team.

be careful...navy is actually better on the road than at home.....and this is basically for the commander in chief trophy...army should not factor in....

air force owned this trophy for many years...but since coach johnson arrived from div 2 power georgia southern 2 years ago, there has been a turn around of epic proportions in this program....

the linesmakers aren`t idiots...

be careful...

Navy is better, Air Force has dominated the series at home.

A typical 'stay away' game.

.home court is important.....all i was saying was that i see some slippage in the air force program the last few years....while the navy program is on the uptick....

honestly, stats in this series pre-paul johnson shouldn`t be strictly adhered to....

there`s a different dynamic at work here now....

i agree....a very tough call.....certainly no bag shot here....i expect a dogfight...

Thanks all, not sure if AF can stop the Navy ground attack being they gave up 250+ to Utah, but who is going to stop Air Force????

I think they get it done.

Omaha, glad to see you're also on AF. Should be a hard fought contest.

was a dogfight that could have swung either way...

always have to be careful when considering "what was" with "what is"....

that said,it would be a good idea to keep both these clubs in mind when they play clubs in the lower echelon conferences....or lower echelon clubs from major conferences...

watch out for navy...they are getting that "win games you shouldn`t" sort of mindset...coach johnson is a winner...

g.l. saturday,guys...

Good to see you man, 0 - 2 yesterday, but a bounce back effort is in store for the weekend, hopefully.
